Talking about art and science at the 2020 Norwich Science Festival

Posted on Posted in Events

SILCI PhD student Laurie Kerr was part of a panel at the “Creative Collaboration: Bringing Science and the Arts Together”, hosted virtually as part of the 2020 Norwich Science Festival.  The panel was made up of pairs of scientists and artists who have collaborated on different projects, and Laurie was invited to take part with board game designer Jake Montanarini (a short overview of the project they worked together on can be found here).  During the event, the panellists and the audience discussed how art and science collaborations bring new perspectives, and the value of these partnerships for public engagement. The event was recorded and can be watched here.
